**Return Policy**

MAI-WILL LLC has a strict "NO RETURNS" policy. 

 

**Refund Policy**

Refunds can be provided if an issue occurs with your order. 

PLEASE verify that your order (items, preferences and delivery address) are correct before placing an order. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Refunds are ONLY given:

If you receive a damaged product

• Please email: MAIWILL002@GMAIL.COM within 7 days upon  receipt of your order.  Include your order number and photograph(s) of the damaged item(s).
• Any damages reported after 7 days of receiving your order will not be refunded.

Refunds will be placed back on the card on file with your order. 

 

**Cancellations**

Cancellations can be done anytime BEFORE your order ships. Once you receive the email with your tracking information, this means that your order has been dispatched and can NO LONGER be cancelled and refunds will not be fulfilled.
